Bet or Pass provides sports betting decision-support tools for MLB, NBA, and NHL. The app may analyze odds, lines, injuries, lineups, starting pitchers, goalie information, weather, scores, and other market context to help users decide whether to bet or pass.
Bet or Pass is not a sportsbook
Bet or Pass does not accept deposits, hold balances, execute wagers, issue payouts, or place bets for users. Any wagering decision is made by you outside Bet or Pass and only where legal.
Bet or Pass may identify a sportsbook or price for comparison or convenience, but that does not mean Bet or Pass is placing a wager or guaranteeing that the price is still available.
Subscription and trial terms
Bet or Pass may offer 3 free analyses before requiring a paid subscription. Bet or Pass Pro is planned as a $50/month auto-renewable subscription for additional analysis access and premium data features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
- Pricing may vary by country, tax, currency, and App Store territory.
Responsible use
You may use Bet or Pass only if you are of legal betting age and sports betting is legal where you are located. Do not use Bet or Pass to chase losses or bet more than you can afford to lose.
If gambling is causing harm, stop using betting products and seek help. In the U.S., call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
No guarantee of accuracy or outcome
Odds, injuries, lineups, weather, player status, and sportsbook prices can change quickly. Bet or Pass may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong. Recommendations are informational only and do not guarantee profit, winning picks, payouts, or any outcome.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Bet or Pass, interfere with the service, scrape or resell data, reverse engineer the app, use the service for illegal gambling activity, or use automated systems that burden the service.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion at https://betorpass.app/delete-account/. Deleting your Bet or Pass account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through Apple.
Apple terms
If you download Bet or Pass from the App Store, Apple's standard terms and App Store rules may also apply, including Apple's standard licensed application terms unless a separate end user license agreement is provided.

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The latest version will be posted at this URL.
